Kyrsten is a licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adults, couples, and families. She appreciates that people are multifaceted, and offers a whole-person perspective of human development and needs. Kyrsten invites her clients to bring any and all struggles they are facing, whether they are situational, historical, cognitive, emotional, relational, or societal – and she meets her clients right where they are. Kyrsten believes that everyone needs security, love, empathy, and understanding. She offers unconditional positive regard to those who work with her – inviting every individual to feel comfortable and accepted throughout the counseling process.
Personal
In her free time, Kyrsten loves to be outdoors, enjoying myriad activities from active adventures out rock climbing to quiet time gardening or homesteading. Kyrsten enjoys the creative side of life, and you can often find her baking a new recipe in the kitchen or crafting a new leather project. Kyrsten spends quality time with her husband and toddling son, cherishing sharing new experiences with those she loves.
