Kyrsten Sigel, MA, LMHC

Relational and Couple Counselor / Clinical Mental Health Therapist

Kyrsten is a relationship and an individual counselor who strives to strike the perfect balance between compassion and directness. She integrates biblical truths with evidence-based therapeutic methods to foster self-awareness, emotional healing, empowerment, communication growth, and relational restoration.

Kyrsten’s couple counseling philosophy centers on the belief that communication—when understood deeply and practiced intentionally with empathy—becomes the bridge to connection and healing. She helps partners move beyond conflict cycles and communication pitfalls by illuminating each individual’s unique perspective, attachment style, and unspoken emotional needs.

Drawing from years of experience with couples in the therapy room, Biblical relational teachings, as well as certifications demonstrating competency with marital health, Kyrsten provides structured, insight-oriented interventions that help couples strengthen communication, repair trust, and restore emotional intimacy.

Kyrsten also offers individual therapy. She offers a holistic, biopsychosocial perspective that considers the emotional, relational, spiritual, and environmental dimensions of human behavior. Kyrsten meets clients exactly where they are at and prioritizes building self-awareness, value-alignment, mindfulness, autonomy, self-worth, and coping skills to help equip clients with the information and tools they need to improve their lives and mental health landscape.
