Program operator
Soaring Sigel Psychotherapy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this text messaging program. Yeleport provides the appointment-booking platform and messaging technology that facilitates the program. Wireless carriers and our SMS provider (including Twilio) deliver messages. Soaring Sigel Psychotherapy is the program operator and message sender for A2P purposes.
Program description
This program provides transactional, customer-initiated appointment scheduling only. There are no marketing texts, promotional offers, purchased-list campaigns, or recurring reminder blasts.
You may enroll in one of two ways, both consumer-initiated:
- By phone: Call our published phone number and use the automated voice booking menu. If voice booking is unavailable or you prefer a link, you may press 1 after a consent prompt to agree to receive a text message with a booking link at the number you are calling from. We then send a single SMS containing our online booking-form link.
- By text: Text our phone number first. We reply asking if you want to book an appointment through our automated system. Reply YES to continue. An automated assistant may then ask for information needed to schedule (such as name, phone, service, date and time, service address when applicable, and confirmation).
If automated booking is turned off or you decline automation, your inbound text may be forwarded to our designated business phone so we can assist you. That handoff is operational only and is not a marketing campaign.
Message types and frequency
You may receive transactional appointment-scheduling messages related to the booking conversation you started (including a booking-form link or short question-and-answer messages). Message frequency varies. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional messages.

Opt-out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive a confirmation message, and you will not receive further messages from this program unless you opt back in (for example, by replying START where supported).

Consent
By opting in (pressing 1 after the voice consent prompt, or replying YES after texting us), you agree to receive text messages from Soaring Sigel Psychotherapy as described in these terms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Our handling of mobile numbers and messaging consent is described in our SMS Privacy Policy. Please review that policy together with these terms.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when we publish changes.
