Privacy Policy — Text Messaging
Effective date: 09/14/2026
Who we are
Soaring Sigel Psychotherapy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a text messaging program used for transactional appointment scheduling. Messaging technology is facilitated by Yeleport, an appointment-booking platform, and delivered through our SMS service provider (including Twilio) and wireless carriers. For A2P purposes, Soaring Sigel Psychotherapy is the message sender and program operator.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies only to mobile phone numbers, messaging consent, and related information collected or used in connection with Soaring Sigel Psychotherapy’s Yeleport-enabled phone and text appointment-scheduling features. It does not describe privacy practices for Soaring Sigel Psychotherapy’s website, storefront, or other products except as they relate to this SMS program.
Information we collect
When you interact with our text messaging program, we may collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- SMS opt-in and consent records (including verbal press-1 consent and text YES replies)
- Message content you send or receive as part of booking
- Booking details you provide in the conversation (such as name, callback phone number, service requested, preferred date and time, and service address when applicable)
- Opt-out and help requests
How we use this information
We use this information to:
- Send transactional appointment-scheduling text messages you requested
- Complete booking or provide a booking-form link after you opt in
- Maintain records of your consent, opt-out, and help requests
- Operate and support the messaging program
We do not use this information to send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message types, frequency, and rates
Messages are limited to transactional appointment-scheduling communications, including:
- A booking-form link after you call us and press 1 to agree to receive a text at your number
- An automated SMS conversation after you text us first and reply YES (for example, name, phone, service, date and time, address when applicable, and confirmation)
- Operational handoff messages when automated booking is unavailable or you decline automation (for example, forwarding your message to our designated business phone)
Message frequency varies and is tied to the conversation you start. There are no recurring marketing or promotional campaigns. Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt in
You only receive program messages after affirmative opt-in in one of these consumer-initiated ways:
- Phone (verbal): You call our published phone number, navigate the automated booking menu, and press 1 after a consent prompt agreeing to receive a text message with a booking link at that number.
- Text: You text our phone number first. We reply asking whether you want to book through our automated system. You reply YES to continue.
We do not enroll you from purchased lists, lead-generation vendors, or third-party marketing sources.
Mobile information — no sale or marketing sharing
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We may share phone numbers and related messaging data with service providers that help us operate this program—including Yeleport (appointment-booking platform) and our SMS delivery provider (for example, Twilio) and underlying carriers—solely to provide the messaging and booking service and under appropriate confidentiality obligations. These parties process data to deliver the service; they are not buyers of your mobile number or consent for their own marketing.
Opt-out and help
- To stop receiving messages from this program, reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive a confirmation, and we will not send further program messages unless you opt in again (for example, by replying START where supported).
- For help, reply HELP, or email kyrsten@soaringsigelpsychotherapy.com.
Consent
We send text messages only after you provide affirmative opt-in as described above. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Children
This messaging program is intended for individuals who can lawfully consent to receive text messages and schedule appointments. We do not knowingly collect mobile information through this program from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when we publish changes. Continued use of the messaging program after an update constitutes notice of the revised policy as permitted by applicable law.
